+How do utilities work?

Our Plus and Premium package pricing includes the cost of all utilities (Wi-Fi, cable television, electrical, gas, water, sewer, trash), which are set up for your arrival!

+What if my company is paying for and/or signing the lease?

Let the leasing consultant know that a company will be signing and paying for the lease on your behalf. For large company requests, please reach out to

+Can I bring my own furniture?

All our Furnished+ apartments come equipped with the essential pieces you need to live comfortably—sofa, dining set, bed, end tables, lamps and more. We will not remove or change out the furniture that comes standard with your home. You may bring additional furniture, art, plants, and other items to personalize your space, but ask you to remove them when you move out.

+Do you provide cleaning service?

Our furnished apartments are professionally cleaned before you move in. Currently, we do not offer regularly occurring cleaning service.

+What are the minimum lease lengths?

Our minimum lease length varies by location. We do not offer lease terms for less than one month.

+Do you offer unfurnished homes?

Yes, we offer unfurnished homes hundreds of locations nationwide. Click here to search for a new home.

+Do I need renters insurance?

Yes, we require proof of an active renters insurance policy prior to starting your lease.

+Are pet allowed?

Yes, we allow pets at most of our communities. We love our four-legged residents and our pet program, WAG, offers many pet perks and additional pet amenities, such as pet spas and dog parks, in select locations.

+ Is smoking allowed?

Our smoking policies varies by community. Please contact your community leasing office regarding the community specific policies.

+Am I able to end my lease early?

Unless you can identify someone to apply and take over your lease, you will be financially responsible through the lease end date or, alternatively, subject to pay a termination fee.

+Can I speak to someone before applying?

Yes, please reach out the specific community that you’re interested in via text, email or phone.

+How do I apply for an apartment?

It's easy! All Furnished+ availability and pricing are listed on the community website and an online application can be filled out in minutes.  For shorter term leases not available on the website, please reach out to our leasing team directly.

+Is there an option to extend the lease for another 6 or 12 months?

Definitely! This is an option if we don't already have someone booked to move in right after your lease ends.  If we have already pre-leased your apartment, you can choose another one of our furnished apartments. Or, if nothing else feels "just right", we can show you our unfurnished apartments and help coordinate furniture rental through one of our partners. Please note, our unfurnished apartments do not include cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi, or cable. If you are interested in extending, please work with our leasing team directly.

+What happens between applying and the day I move in?

Once you’ve completed the application process and are approved to move in, our leasing team will send you an e-mail with your lease within one business day for an electronic signature. After signing the lease, you will receive an email from to walk you through the steps to prepare for your move. If you’ve selected our Plus or Premium package, you will NOT need to setup utilities.

+What is the guest policy?

You are welcome to host guests, but you are responsible for your guests' actions. Everyone must abide by the community policies. We also ask that all residents and their guests are respectful towards their neighbors and be mindful about noise.

+What if I need to cancel my lease?

Let us know as soon as possible, so that we can start advertising your apartment. Depending on where you are in your lease term, there may be a termination fee of up to one month of rent to cancel the lease.
