      Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom rentals are available through the affordable housing program for qualifying future residents at Kanso Silver Spring.

      Program Qualification

      Households must be within the income levels below to quality for the Below Market Rate Program.
      Monthly rent is based on the Area Median Income (AMI).

      APPLICATION PROCESS

      To be considered for Kanso Silver Spring's Below Market Rate Program please complete the online pre-application form.

      * Move in rents for voucher holders may be based upon the current HUD published Section 8 FMR.

      Residents are responsible for gas, electric, water, phone, and cable utilities. Additional monthly fees may apply for pets. An increased security deposit is required for households with pets.

      All leases are a minimum of 12 months. Rates and income limits may change without notice. Minimum income limits do not apply for households with a housing choice voucher.

      Applicants with disabilities may request modifications to the rental unit and/or accommodations for our rules, policies, practices, or services, if such modifications are necessary to afford equal opportunity to use or enjoy the premises.
